Are you suffering from chronic illness but don’t live near me? Video Training allows you to now access me from anywhere you are in the world to train.
Get a full Evaluation, Direct Supervision and Custom-Tailored programming based on your needs and desires right from your home. Workouts can include Education on Form and Body Mechanics, Evaluation and a Treatment plan for chronically tight muscles, Exercises to build strength without aggravating any areas of concern. Modifications and props will be taught and used to make sure you succeed on building strength without exacerbating your symptoms. Align yourself with a partner so that you are not alone in this. I have lived through it myself and became a trainer so that I can help you overcome the same challenges that I faced myself living with an autoimmune disease.
What it entails:
Initial video physical assessment and body mechanics instruction session
A weekly on demand, scheduled session for 30 or 55 minutes to live train
An empathetic partner who is there to vent, rant, workout, laugh and sweat with so that you can move away from the disease defining your life

If you are already naturally disciplined but want someone to create the workout for you and become your strategic partner to get you to badassery, then this is the program for you.
Working out when you are dealing with a myriad of symptoms can be intimidating and knowing what to do at a time where we have an onslaught of information that can leave your head spinning to the point where you don’t know the best way to start – Having me on your side can help you step out of overwhelm and into empowerment through a supportive strength training program.
What this entails:
Initial Evaluation to develop a program to train on your own custom tailored to your situation
Custom Workout session written and then instructed over video to ensure you will feel comfortable at performing all the exercises
Weekly text/email check-in to answer any questions and offer accountability to keep you on track
New program and video session per month to keep you on a long-term path to succeed and grow your strength
Emotional support to help you validate the struggles that come with chronic illness and also to help overcome those bumps in the road so you don’t let those daily symptoms take you down.

Are you already working out, grinding through but aren’t sure if you are using proper form?
Or have you hit a plateau and are afraid to try to go harder with the weights because you don’t want to injure yourself or cause a flare? Need a keen eye on your workout to offer suggestions or techniques?
With this program, we can do an a one-on-one video session where I will Supervise your current workout plan in motion. With your intake in hand, I will watch you perform all the exercises you are currently and make adjustments that can really make a difference on the health of your joints, improve your posture and create a better support structure for the body to excel. Then I can confirm any changes I see that could be made or help you to increase the weights while I watch with a deft eye.
What this entails:
Intake form to get a thorough map of your physical situation and current fitness program
A 60 minute video session with Supervised correction and recommendations
One Follow up, post session to answer any questions and troubleshoot any changes we need to make
